Grandson has too much screen time, is it my place to say?

I think my 5 year old grandson has too much screen time on a children's ipad. From what I've read it can be damaging to their eyes. His development is normal & he's doing very well at school. AIBU to say something, or tell him to put it down?

Of course you can say things, but don't assume the criticised person will forget, especially if you do it a lot. My MIL permanently damaged our relationship with her unsolicited advice on various parenting and marriage topics. She only had a little bit of the picture most of the time.

Be especially careful if the person you want to give advice to is the one who makes the arrangements for visits...!

None of your business.

Offer to babysit and spend that time doing constructive, screen free activities with the child.
