Favourite perfume and matching shower gel. Another exclusive shower gel. Socks. Glass. 2 books. Cup. Spices. Very happy.

A sapphire and solid gold necklace I had been hinting at for ages, a couple of Pandora charms, a couple of hoodies, a scarf with some of the words from Sleepy Hollow printed on it, and some stocking bits.

New phone, smart watch, cooking things I wanted, luxury handmade coat, special umbrella, a professional chef knife from Japan.

I got three nice big coffee table style books. One on organising, one on female leaders and another on interior design. And a label maker (which I had been hinting at). We have shared finances and don't really do big gifts as we tend to buy big treats out of bonuses at the end of the financial year.

A Swarovski bracelet if asked for, an Olivia burton watch and a top up of hotel Chocolat flakes

A bottle of Chanel Chance, some Joules pyjamas, a bracelet from my favourite jewellery designer, a heated throw and a book.
I know it’s fashionable on here to say things like ‘we don’t buy each other presents, we have everything we need’ etc, but as I don’t tend to buy myself nice things all year round like many on here can afford to do, it’s nice that DH has saved up and made the effort to buy me things he knows I’ll love.

Apple Watch, various toiletries, some gorgeous new slippers, an apron for cooking.

Velvetiser, stuff to put in it and lush snow fairy 😁

Nothing, but by agreement - I didn’t get him anything either. We moved house a couple of weeks ago so money’s tight!

A large bottle of l"Air du Temps , which he knows is my favorite.

I was really properly spoilt to make up for a good (bad) year with no gifts for birthday or Christmas because he’d been made redundant. I got:

I got him a record, a shirt, a hoodie, slippers, socks, and a book.

An Oodie, a neck massager and a radley watch. All thought of to help with various aches pains, chills.

Converse,earrings and nosestud, Aston Villa metal plaque and pen. Happy with that.

OP, next year write him a list , several things you'd be happy with and get him to buy you something from it. That way there's an element of surprise but you won't be disappointed.

2 pairs of comfy maternity pjs (currently 23 weeks pregnant)

A jumper..

We were playing a 15 question guessing game earlier. It was quick fire and I gave him a clue of 'you bought one of these for someone fot christmas'. His quickfire answer was 'a watch'. He doesnt own a watch and has never bought one so now I am suspicious

A novel that he picked that he thought I’d like. We agreed to only buy each other a book, but rule was we had to think about it, do some research and pick something that would really appeal to the other one. Very little money in this house this year so it was a great way to do a cheap but meaningful gift.

A pair of ridiculous leggings, which I adore, a cosy hoodie and a journal. Perfect.

Jo malone perfume that I asked for, vodka and Miriam Margolyes' book. Very happy

A book on drawing florals that I told him I liked. Really lovely and good for hours of learning.

And on his own a nice wallet, two sets of headphones, and a long charging cable for my IPad. I am the target of jokes about killing off headphones and cables because I listen to audiobooks in bed.

An &other stories jumper, gorgeous sage green colour. Recycled cashmere fingerless gloves and the well thought out second M arks and Spencer advent calendar as I have loved almost everything in it this year!

Flower subscription. My favourite present ever. I hate 'stuff'. I might ask for this every year.
