To ask - If you could only have THREE veg on your Christmas dinner?

Top three options if that was the limit for Xmas dinner?

Mine is probably parsnips, nice carrots and broccoli.

I know I'm going to change my mind when I see other responses.

I was going to limit us to sticky red cabbage and Brussels in a cream sauce this year.

I might fold and do maple roast carrots as well.

I have today seen that M&S is selling Brussels sprouts with Marmite butter... 🤢

With Roast and Boiled potatoes - and only roasting the parsnips (in the roasting pan with the meat and a bunch of potatoes. Keep the veg simple, to soak up the lushiousness of everything else - gravy, stuffing and sauces. I'm going to implode into my drooling self just thinking about it.

Meanwhile, I'd better go microwave a ready meal.......
