To ask if you drink in pints or halves?

If you drink beer / cider / lager etc, do you drink in pints or by the half pint?

I know that historically 'ladies' were frowned upon for drinking a pint.

Now times are moving on is it more acceptable to drink a pint, do you and what are your views generally?

Mine is that if I want a pint I will have one. Saves going to the bar twice. But at the same time I don't want to be judged by others for it.

Pints, anyone who drinks halves is probably a lightweight.

It's funny how being a 'lightweight' when it comes to drinking is considered such a negative.

For me it would have a much more negative effect on my life to drink enough regularly that I wasn't a lightweight.

I'm a lightweight that drinks whatever I want, pints or half pints (usually I'll have a pint). I'm not going to base my choices on trying not to be judged (which it seems from this thread would be impossible anyway).

I drink a mixture because I don't always want that much beer. But if I go out with work I'm the only one. If another girl has beer it'll be a pint. I actually prefer the 2/3 pint, but note that many places do them. It's 2021, a pint is utterly normal in my life. If anything I might get a mild comment on my half.

I've always have pints. My mum hates it but I don't care!

Halves because I'm a small female.

Always drunk pints still do, although it surprised a few ex boyfriends 'white wine for the lady!'
