DH-to-be has asked me for ring preferences. I vaguely know what I like but it'd mean a trip to Hatton Garden just to be sure. I find searching online a bit tiresome.

I have never known any men, who took much interest in rings,, and am quite glad really, as I wouldn't like any debates about rings. I often have a laugh , when people say they can't find a ring that they like, and moreso, when people say that they hate their engagement or wedding rings.!

My husband took an interest in his wedding ring and wanting to get a nice one, he does wear it every single day after all

@tickingthebox73 I'd love an oval yellow or blue sapphire cluster ring but with crossover detail on the band. I tried on a few today and have a better feel for what I'd like :)

Mine is a simple solitaire, and to be honest isn't what I'd have chosen.

We've had a really tough year due to external factors. It's brought us closer than ever. I'm sort of hoping I'll be 'rewarded' with an eternity ring, so with a bit of luck he'll be getting strange jewellers' ads pop up on his browsing because I've opened all these links

Here is mine. 2 bits of advice

1. Think about your wedding ring when choosing your engagement ring as that's how you'll wear them
2. Try on different styles / colours - I really thought I wanted coloured stones but they really didn't suit me.

We got my ring from Hatton Garden. It was such a lovely day
