Yes, also the guy being interviewed by Nick Ferrari on LBC this morning. Just kept repeating that ‘we have 3 or 4 years to get the government do something about this’ and sounded increasingly uptight.

Nick was very measured with him and eventually took him off as he wouldn’t answer any questions.

I don't get it. They whinge and whine about the government not insulating every home in Britain, but that's up to the home owner or tenant to make sure their home is propely insulated. Checking up on google, there are loads of companies offering insulation on government grants so it looks like Insulate Britain are actually full of sh*t.

Absolutely! I cycle, don't own a car of my own, but have lost ALL support for these fools for blocking Ambulances and people who have to work. A lot of old UK housing stock cannot be ''insulated'' anyway, as there are no cavity walls. They seem to be a load of bored older people with nothing better to do than to disrupt people who would otherwise be sympathetic to the cause.

Go and look on their Facebook page. It's sickening. One of them has made comments detailing their "triage system" for deciding whether or not they'll allow ambulances through. Apparently its fine because a retired GP has come up with the guidelines. I cannot believe anyone thinks this is acceptable. Since when do Insulate Britain get to decide who is and isn't entitled to arrive at hospital for emergency care?!

At some point their behaviours must be considered as terrorism.

non of this speculation of what they should be doing or not doing etc makes not the slightest difference, as the courts have granted the powers to have them arrested ANYWHERE in the uk. any failure to do so is purely down to ineffectual policing

This group are terrorists, plain and simple. The definition of terrorist is "a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims" - which is certainly true of these fascists.

The only term people might reasonably query is whether they use "violence" but that test is also met, the word meaning "behaviour involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something" - given they know that their physical actions in blocking roads has resulted in unnecessary injury (eg to the woman paralysed by them preventing her getting to hospital) and will probably do so again.

Insulate Britain are the ultimate "home grown" terrorist group and the authorities should treat them accordingly.
