To want a baby at 36

In a stable, loving relationship and want to have a baby. Just turned 36 in July. This wasn’t really on the cards before as I’ve been so career focused.

I’m worried I’ve left it too late and everything around ‘geriatric’ pregnancy is scaring the life out of me! AIBU?

Some have very early menopause, try now in case of issues.
Had mine 26 and 29.
Bodies are like cars, bodywork may look great, engine same age as car.
Don’t believe in all these that say they kids at 40 plus, prob adds to issues in some.
Menopasal at 45 suddenly, tho I knew from another test my fertility was declining at 37.

I had my third at 36. The midwives never used the word 'geriatric' and the experience was no different to when I had my first at 26.
