'aibu to ask for your favourite cheesecake recipe?' has been moved to cookery forum etc

Along this theme, I’d create a Virtue Signalling board then move any thread along the lines of ‘AIBU to give a homeless person a cup of tea’ to that board so they can bask in the glow of their own self-righteousness and the responses telling them how lovely and thoughtful they are.

It’s ok, I know we’re creating yet another board, but we’re deleting a load of the tumbleweed ones so it’s all good.

I'd send to a special area of the board all those who could start a fight with themselves in a paper bag. Then they could all fight it out together to their hearts' content.

A poster who was something of an expert on child safeguarding who got banned for something that didn't seem to merit it in the view of many people.

But she was also the inventor and promoter of WBH (weetabix banana horror). That should be banned.

Improve the search function. It is seriously bad

Get rid of any ' Line Eyes' threads.

I'd instantly remove any threads containing the phrases 'darked on' or 'spiders rub their willies on it'. Was never funny years back and still isn't funny now.

I’d add some colour, editing facility, like button, ban reverse posts and swearing and have an auto delete for begging posts. There are less nowadays thankfully compared to before where large amounts would be sent to people.

I'd make it do that any zombie thread could only be resurrected by the OP (upon request)

Move threads into the correct section and greatly reduce the number of them.

In Mumsnet Stuff have a thread for each deleted thread with an explanation of what caused it to be deleted and the chance to discuss it (for a limited time) with the MN team.

Ban all the words/phrases I loathe. "picky tea/bits" etc

Introduce an MN exclusivity button refusing consent for your post to be cut and pasted in a certain online rag.
