Named changed because completely outing If she is on here.

So we live in a terraced house with decent size gardens.
Our garden has a pool, climbing frame and tree house thing for kids.
We have fences but they are lower enough to look over etc.
We have been out every day the last week.
My kids have noticed that things haven’t been where they left them in the garden but I just assumed they just forgot etc

Anyway, I got home from work early today and the kids were still at the park and one with my sister.
When I arrived home.
The neighbours child was in our garden using the climbing frame whilst his mum was in her garden watching.

Seriously ??? Neighbour was apologetic when she realised I was annoyed but said she didn’t really see the problem as he was supervised and wasn’t doing any harm ?

I had a neighbour like this, their son would wander into our garden and play on the trampoline. Same reaction when I mentioned politely that it was unacceptable - looked at me as if I was the unreasonable one. Was so pleased when they moved.

I had my horrible neighbours guests overspill into my garden at the back and all over the front of our houses when they had parties. It's clearly a different garden yet they don't care.

They've dumped rubbish in the street and in my garden before. They come into my garden to play with their cats and break walls and damage plants by sitting and standing on them.

This summer they put a planter in their front garden and it's most likely been blown over in the wind. The amount of fuss they've made is unreal. It's a patch on all the damage they or their friends have done to me and other neighbours but when it's their money it's completely different.

Hi, yesterday I didn’t really have time to process on what to do 🤣 Luckily we are moving soon so my DP is in there now dismantling everyone earlier that we anticipated and also sorting the fencing.
i'd be offering to sell the NDN the toys and then there'd be no excuse for the kid to be -thrust over- playing in your garde :D

Oh my gosh 😮, unbelievable cheeky cow. It's not her child's fault, she's teaching him to trespass. I bet you were in shock and I don't blame you. If she had actually asked you but come over when your kids were using the garden that wouldn't be bad. But to be in your garden without permission and be on your kid's toy's that's cheeky not to mention tight. Why doesn't she get her own.😳

I've heard it all now !! I'd be livid, it's trespassing!!

@catwhite1

If my neighbours child did the same I wouldn’t mind. It’s not like the child is having a massive party or they are having a family bbq. It’s just a child on a climbing frame in the next door neighbours garden which clearly it’s able to get into. Keep it in perspective it’s just a child.
It's not theirs!!

We had this happen to us. My kids spent their savings on a fancy slide and the neighbour let herself and toddler in to play on it. I was cross that she had used it whilst we were out and that my children had saved up for it. I would have happily let her play with my children. I thought she was cheeky. It later transpired that there were mental health issues so I tried to get her some help.
