To despair that people still vote Tory given their track record and outright dishonesty?

I don't get it. Its depressing. We deserve better than this surely? Why give them the green light? What kind of society do we want? One where liars get our approval?

As I just have many of those who were standing for election did represent those views too, though, such as the losing Labour candidate in Hartlepool. Remain candidate posted in 70% leave constituency. Genius!

Peoeple don’t take kindly to being told how thick they are. There was a lovely cartoon in last weeks Private Eye, with a labour candidate on the doorstep asking a muddled aged couple something like “so can I rely on your votes, you thick, racist scum?”

When a typical working class couple think Labour believes they are salt of the earth, heart of the country, sime of the most accepting kind people o the planet (we are) who are rightly proud of our great nation it will start to inch towards power again.
