Okay, not fond of a lot the man has to say. However, his sons, admittedly grown of course, are receiving death threats over Meghan.

Of course it's not ok. The same as the rape threats women MPs get. It's a reflection of society rather than people feeling passionate over MM, mental health or anything else.

Ponoka7 · 29/03/2021 10:59

@Northernshepherd, because in the wake of Caroline Flack and others, when someone says they were suicidal, public figures shouldn't go on the attack. As said he's been given a platform to bully MM for years, as we all are via SM. It shouldn't be endorsed on national television.

Death threats for having an opinion that differs from yours is a form of fascism.

Nanny0gg · 29/03/2021 11:02

@GNCQ

Well it's quite sad they were born to such a wanker I feel sorry for them even without the death threats
Actually they appear to be quite close to their father so I'm not sure they need your pity.

Just because you don't like someone it doesn't make them a bad parent.

I'm not especially fond of MM but I bet she's a fantastic mother to Archie. No reason to think otherwise

Tinkerbell456 · 29/03/2021 11:03

It is indeed pyewacket. We don’t learn less opinions are challenged do we? Without death threats hopefully.

NannyOgg... sorry to double post. Seem to be great parents. No problem there at all. Not the point at issue though.

Meghan's fans, aka "the Sussex Squad", are horrendous. Really the lowest of the low, anyone who doesn't like her or simply disagrees over something gets death threats.

Just a quick question, racism like sexism causes a loss of lives, literally and figuratively. If the systems in place are failing to promote change and have been doing so for three hundred years, were do you go with this? In particular, angry younger men will always up the ante. People have always been killed for their opinions, good and bad, so it isn't new.

AlexaShutUp · 29/03/2021 11:09

I can't stand the man, but his family are not responsible for his behaviour, and death threats are never ok.

Hi Spencer
Tinkerbell456 · 29/03/2021 11:12

Sussex squad? There was a name for them? Okay. Her Majesty does not have a squad. What would they be called? Lizzies Lessies, I don’t know.

There's been complaints of racism against Osbourne since 2011. She denied them and later a recording was made that showed her saying what she denied. But she came to the UK for work, racism was ignored then, so it all died down. She's now apologised for the latest racist remarks, they did happen. She claims that she was blindsided by producers. So unless she has time to prepare she goes to her default setting of using racist language. That's why the Morgan boys have been reacted to has they have, for defending her and dismissing the complaints against her.

DioneTheDiabolist · 29/03/2021 11:15

People who issue threats to anyone on the internet should face an immediate fine, like a speeding ticket.Angry

Tinkerbell456 · 29/03/2021 11:17

Totally agree Panoka. No time for Sharon Osbourne either.

," but his family are not responsible for his behaviour, "

They are being attacked for their tweets, they defended racism and said it was ok because Sharon is kind to them.

JamesMiddletonsMarshmallows · 29/03/2021 11:19

I'm gonna say what I think a lot of people are thinking.

I see a lot of celebs and influencers allegedly receiving "death threats". But in a world where everything is exaggerated and catastrophised, is it a case where actual real and likely threats are being made and abject fear is being instilled into them...or is it more like messages from trolls saying "die".

It seems to me the "Ive been receiving death threats" is wheeled out every time a celebrity has said or done something they shouldn't have, and they want to turn the tables and look like the victim 🤷‍♀️

JamesMiddletonsMarshmallows · 29/03/2021 11:21

...or in this case, by proxy

AlexaShutUp · 29/03/2021 11:23

They are being attacked for their tweets, they defended racism and said it was ok because Sharon is kind to them.

Ah, well in that case, they are obviously fuckwits like their father and should expect to be criticised.

The death threats are still not ok, though.

May I ask who you are? You speak as though you have experienced this. Obviously, comment away if you feel you would like to.

Erm, who do I have to be to hold that opinion?!

It's a classic move by people who've fucked up, seemingly in lieu of an apology
