To be angry with my neighbours

So long story short had a bit of a run in with the neighbours a few years back, both me, my DH and the guy next door have moved on from it but his girlfriend hasn't.

The girlfriend will ignore us if walking past and refuses to take any parcels in now (which is fine). She doesn't work so she's always at home while her man works, so normally around lunch time each day she throws out the leftover food from the night before. She throws it out onto the street outside her driveway normally more so over our side every single day.

This evening while I was in the kitchen shes came out of her house and chucked food directly right in front of our car which is parked in our drive way.

I am livid beyond words because its evident that it has been a deliberate stunt and now I'm left with what should I do.

AIBU for not wanting to let it go, being one to many times it's happened.

YANBU I'd really like to pick the food up and dump it all at her door step 🥴

lol not voice! That was meant to say daily Grin

M24L · 25/02/2021 20:00

@imalmostthere unfortunately it is 100% real. He only ever eats pizza from the takeaway shop. As strange as it sounds

That food will attract rats. I know someone who works in pest control. He's been helping an old lady who had rats outside her house. Because she was scared of Covid, she was leaving food deliveries outside for hours. He told her not to. Even though they're in sealed packets, they're attractive to vermin.

TheChip · 25/02/2021 20:01

I wonder if she does it so birds shit all over your car.

CoronaIsShit · 25/02/2021 20:03

Christ, she must be a really shit cook if her OH is ordering a pizza every night. Very odd and expensive!

If you were me I’d be at the window waiting for her to do it again and then immediately flicking it back to her Grin. Daft bint!

Bythemillpond · 25/02/2021 20:04

I wouldn’t be saying anything to her I would just try to video and send it to environmental health.

It sounds like the pair of them have done mental health issues. Him for only ever eating pizza snd her for chucking food into the streets daily.

Neither behaviour could be described as healthy

@TheChip

I wonder if she does it so birds shit all over your car.
That was my first thought too.
RatsolutelyFabulous · 25/02/2021 20:05

What a grotty cow she is! Definitely record her the next time she does it and report her.

I think crapping in a bag and setting it on fire on her doorstep is definitely called for in this situation!

sweetnessnfight · 25/02/2021 20:06

One word 'rats'

You should record her doing it several times then email the footage to the council.

sweetnessnfight · 25/02/2021 20:06

@Ileflottante

Video her and post it to Next Door, the busybody social media platform. Say for anyone dealing with rats, blame number whatever-house-she-lives-in. Or scoop it up and post it back through her door.
Actually that's a much better suggestion!
VaizyCrazyDaizy · 25/02/2021 20:06

If she has a car chuck it back on her car!

SooMoony · 25/02/2021 20:07

I would passively aggressively buy her a bird table.

supernova89 · 25/02/2021 20:07

I sometimes leave food out for the foxes and hedgehogs.

Tianatiers · 25/02/2021 20:07

Disgusting. Report her to the council for repeated littering.

TheyIsMyFamily · 25/02/2021 20:07

I'd set up CCTV and slather it all over local social media pages, the dirty cow.

BrumBoo · 25/02/2021 20:09

@M24L, sorry if you're the wrong poster but did yiu start a thread about your neighbour before? The loud shagger? V sorry if wrong!

FortunesFave · 25/02/2021 20:12

Report her to the council....and when she next does it, remove it and put it in front of her door.

Gross!

M24L · 25/02/2021 20:12

@SooMoony she has a bird table around her back garden.

I do think shes doing it so the bird shits on the car tbh. She doesn't drive but her daughter who lives with her does and she works so the car is away from morning until tea time.

@BrumBoo oh no not me thankfully our walls seem to be sound proof 🤣🤣

naomi81 · 25/02/2021 20:14

That's really weird, you could get rats and things 😕

combatbarbie · 25/02/2021 20:15

Motion activated cctv camera and aim it at your car, email the clips to environmental health.

Beautiful3 · 25/02/2021 20:16

Film her and report to the council

cjpark · 25/02/2021 20:17

Can you slingshot scotch eggs at her from your window when she does it?

Cakecakeandmorecake · 25/02/2021 20:18

They sound insane!

I would get a ring doorbell. Really worth it!!

You can set it so it records each motion at your door. And you can set the distance too so would always catch her in the act.

BrumBoo · 25/02/2021 20:20

My bad. Then your neighbour is gross. Buy a cat and teach it to shit in her garden. Or pretend you bought a cat and shit in her garden.
