Local Government Act 1972. The Clerk legalised the Parish Council meeting even though they are unelected. Complaints had been made to Cheshire West's Democratic Services team about bullying and the current Clerk/RFO/Proper Officer (it is common for a Clerk to hold all 3 roles) contacted them on a matter of councillor conduct. The local Association sent in Queen Jackie to Clerk the meeting and that she did. And toasted a few mysogynic arseholes in the process.
