To wonder if anyone has used a male prositute

Ive NC for this as I'm a regular and this is a bit random I know! I've had a few relationships over the years and not been really satisfied with sex. Find myself fantasising about being with a man who is a real expert. Not sure I could ever have the nerve to do so and would have no idea where to start! And certainly not now for obvious reasons but I'm curious and would love to hear about other's experiences.

@IcedPurple

But just because women make up a small part of the demand for sex, doesn’t mean they are not complicit in or part of the cause of trafficking of men for sex.

Are the tiny number of male prostitutes used by women likely to be among those traficked though?

Of course anyone who uses the 'services' of a traficked person is in the wrong, be they male or female. But let's not pretend it's women driving the trade in sex traficking of males.

There is a 1 in 4 chance as the statistics quoted up thread say 25% of male prostitutes are trafficked. I doubt that there is any kind of sorting system such that female clients can be sure the man they pick is not trafficked.
LindaEllen · 17/01/2021 11:55

I'm a writer and I did a piece about female prostitutes once. I was shocked at how little they like their job - but the high pay keeps them stuck in it, as nothing else will pay that much.

They lie back and think of England, as it were. They freely admit it makes their skin crawl, they don't like it, they count down the seconds until it's over. Sometimes they go home and cry their eyes out.

I don't want to be a part of that industry, so I would therefore not ever use sex workers.

I'm actually of the opinion that it should be legalised and regulated, so that there could be places people go, companies for example, where they could have sex and then leave. It would be much safer. But no, our government seems adamant that they're going to make it as unsafe as possible for these people, despite knowing full well that it goes on.

CrazyToast · 17/01/2021 11:57

OP how about a tantric yoni massage? Just do your research cos there are many sex services advertising this but it isn't really proper yoni massage. A proper yoni massage will cos a few hundred and last hours.

TJ17 · 17/01/2021 11:57

@PlanDeRaccordement

No I haven’t. But I did escape a revolting hen do when the bride to be started blowing the male stripper that someone had hired as a “surprise” for the party. The stripper showing up made me uncomfortable to begin with, but when it went from shoving money down his pants to ripping them off and performing oral on him...I was gone like a bat out of hell.
Noooooo wayyyyy Shock😅
TheChampagneGalop · 17/01/2021 11:58

Yoni massage! Brian is that you?

PlanDeRaccordement · 17/01/2021 12:04

No one is pretending that. I just refuse to absolve the women who do use male prostitutes from their individual responsibility and complicity of being consumers of sex trafficked men.

Wyntersdiary · 17/01/2021 12:06

You can't really be an expert on sex as every body is different. Also being a prostitute doesn't make you an expert just means you have sex for money.

@YetAnotherSpartacus

What about hiring a male professional cuddler instead?

Most are called 'Fluffy', 'Oscar' or 'Tiddles' and are far better value than any man.

Yes but they can be very aloof and it has to be on their terms😀
Godimabitch · 17/01/2021 12:37
@Awalkintime

My plumber wouldn’t mend my boiler for free in real life either. Is it coercive that I pay him?

Nope, just another legitimate job.
I agree with this.
It's just a service, I dont care that the woman who waxes my legs wouldn't do it unless I paid her.

I'd feel more comfortable that I was paying for a service so could expect better treatment. Rather than having to let him do things for his pleasure or not feeling comfortable changing my mind half way through.

Like childcare, when you pay someone, you get to dictate how they look after your child, when your parents do it for free, you dont.

You could try fabswingers and look at the well verified single men on there ?

Coyoacan · 17/01/2021 12:57

When I was younger I met young men in tourist parts of Mexico who lived off female tourists. It was really sad to see that effect of tourism.

RickJames · 17/01/2021 12:57

(Haven't RTFT, so may have already been posted)

Somuddled · 17/01/2021 13:02

Of course I wouldn't because you can't buy consent and therefore I would be sexually abusing them.

PlanDeRaccordement · 17/01/2021 13:03

They legalised and regulated prostitution in Germany thinking that it would make it safer for the prostitutes who are vast majority women. But the exact opposite occurred. What happened were these mega brothels (legitimate companies) sprang up and they dictated the prices and the sex acts permitted. The management also took a higher % of the money, so the employee prostitutes were barely paid minimum wage, which was far less than what they earned before, and so they had to work more hours. The women working there had no say in what to charge, or the right to refuse to do certain services (ie anal, or being pissed on, etc) because is just “work” and it’s in their employment contract that they are required to do these “duties”. They also could not refuse to serve a particular client because as a legitimate business anti-discrimination laws applied ( so a 20yr old had to fuck a nasty toothless 80yr old with bad personal hygiene). The mega brothels were lax on the women’s health and safety and not very good at ensuring there were not any under age women. The mega brothels would have rules too like all employee prostitutes must be walking around and serving drinks naked. They weren’t allowed to wear a stitch of clothing. In addition, they found that legalising prostitution increased sex trafficking, it did not decrease it. Making it legal increased the demand for paid sex because there was less stigma associated about paying for it. So more and more women were being trafficked into it.

Kanaloa · 17/01/2021 13:12

No, to me sex is all about love. I feel connected to DH and that’s what makes it special to me. I couldn’t pay for sex, it would totally put me off knowing that if I hadn’t handed over x amount of money this person wouldn’t have wanted to be with me.

thosetalesofunexpected · 17/01/2021 13:17

Hi Op
Very unausaul/Alternative Thread Post !

You say you have experienced unsatisfactory sexual experinces in relantships

I think you need to explore/think why you have had such unsatisfying sexual experiences in relantships before..
Are you Assertive enough about your personal preferences on intimacy and sexuality in relantships?

Tantric sex and karma sutra have more empathise on the intimacy mind body Connection of the female sexuality .

This I think would be beneficial for you...😕

Really? You were shocked by how little they liked having multiple strangers pay to use their bodies as a sex toy?

Whiskysoda · 17/01/2021 13:27

Why would anyone use a male prostitute? It’s not like it’s hard to find a man willing to shag you!

Whatever you want from a prostitute you can get from some guy on tinder or any other on line dating/sex site or down the pub or from a club.

Casual sex is quite risky for women, with a poor risk-benefit profile. Some, statistically a tiny number, might feel it's safer to use the services of a 'pro'.
