Your appt come through for 2:15 am.

Most definitely- in fact I'd choose one so that the day appointments are left for those who need one.

OrigamiOwl · 30/12/2020 23:55

I would, but I work shifts so 0215 is not an unusual time for me to be up and about.

APurpleSquirrel · 30/12/2020 23:56

Yes I would.

BigPlanes · 30/12/2020 23:56

YANBU. I’d accept a vaccine appointment anytime it was offered.

CatRamsey · 30/12/2020 23:56

Provided I had enough notice and could plan my day/night around it then yes.

DaysAreGettingLongerNow · 30/12/2020 23:56

Well sure. I mean it’s not ideal, but nothing about this situation is ideal.

Kerberos · 30/12/2020 23:56

Yep. But then I'm a night owl by nature and it'd be worth it.

MrsBobBlackadder · 30/12/2020 23:57

Yes, any time day or night

AgnesNaismith · 30/12/2020 23:57

I would get up at 2am, drive 3 hours and wait for 2 hours to have the vaccine.

Jusu48 · 30/12/2020 23:57

Yes no problem

AwFeebs · 30/12/2020 23:57

I'd take any time personally.

I did see or hear a discussion on this somewhere about delivering the vaccine 24/7.. Interesting idea..

LouiseTrees · 30/12/2020 23:57

Yes I would. I do think they’d need to give you the appointment enough in advance you could make arrangements for transport if you don’t drive and possibly rearrange work to a later start tie the next morning etc but I think I’d lose a just little bit of sleep ( usually a 12.30 to bed person) in order to get the vaccine early

didireallysaythat · 30/12/2020 23:57

Yes but there's 25 million people in front of me so I won't stay up the night waiting for the call....

GymSloth · 30/12/2020 23:57

Yes, but I can't imagine them actually doing this.

PersonaNonGarter · 30/12/2020 23:58

Of course. But I don’t need to rely on anyone else to get me to the appointment. Might be more of an issue for people who need assistance.

LeSangeEstDansLarbre · 30/12/2020 23:58

Yes! I have a car and could drive myself so I wouldn’t care what time it was. Leave the daytime appointments for people using public transport, taxis, lifts etc. It would also be quieter at night and less chance of having to encounter people other than at the vaccination centre.

errorofjudgement · 30/12/2020 23:59

Yep, we do it to get a plane or ferry at an insane time for a holiday so why not for a potentially life saving vaccine!

openallthetime · 30/12/2020 23:59

no because lone parent

Crunchymum · 31/12/2020 00:00

Nope.

Not a chance..

amber763 · 31/12/2020 00:00

Absolutely I would and I'd taxi to wherever they wanted me to go but I'll be waaaaay down the list

Lovely1a2b3c · 31/12/2020 00:01

Yes, partially in the hope that it might be quieter at the medical practice!

Fungster · 31/12/2020 00:01

Of course! I'd climb a bloody mountain for it!

umpteennamechanges · 31/12/2020 00:01

Abso-fucking-lutely.

PastMyBestBeforeDate · 31/12/2020 00:02

Yes. There's nothing stopping me. Have car, will travel.

lurker101 · 31/12/2020 00:02

Yes of course, leaves more appointments in the day for those that need them, and not much of an inconvenience. I’ve stayed up all night/got up very early for flights so could easily do this too
