Depends on where - locally, yes, further afield, no, as I have difficulties driving long distances after dark

Bearlyclearly · 19/01/2021 23:39

I absolutely would

nursejekyll · 19/01/2021 23:41

Yes I would.

stealthninjamum · 19/01/2021 23:42

I’I’m a single mum and wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving dc alone at that time of night - even though I sometimes leave them for ten minutes to go shopping in the day.

ColdandFrosty1 · 19/01/2021 23:43

If I could I would but I'm not able to at such short notice for various transport/disability/childcare issues

fluffi · 19/01/2021 23:49

Yes 100% yes, I don’t care where or when, I’ll drive 100s of miles from home for 2am or any other time of night or day to get the vaccine.

IfOnlyOurEyesSawSouls · 22/01/2021 10:14

There are 24 hour vaccinations where i live ... ( midlands ).

FourTeaFallOut · 22/01/2021 10:15

Yes.

Terracottasaur · 22/01/2021 10:15

Minor inconvenience in order to avoid potentially life changing illness? Who wouldn’t?

IfOnlyOurEyesSawSouls · 22/01/2021 10:19

TBH its not the time that bothers me so much but i opted to get mine toward the end of the week so I could recover .
(Its very common and absolutely ok to feel tired & achy enough to need the following day in bed). But well worth it .

CreamFirstThenJamOnTop · 22/01/2021 10:20

Yep. I’d go anytime.
I was sent an invite and asked what time I could attend and I said anytime..... they gave me 11:30am.
Got 2 kids at home but fortunately DH can be flexible with work and able to cover any time.... others are not in such an easy position I realise.

HamAndButterSandwich · 22/01/2021 10:22

Bloody hell all the chaos covid has caused in the world and all the disruption to our every day lives surely one late night isn't the end of the world. Clearly transport would need to be arranged for those who can't drive.

Mamabear12 · 22/01/2021 10:22

What they should do if they go ahead with this is ask people to sign up that are willing to do the late night Appointments and fill out online form so they can put in order (most vulnerable first). And obviously it’s only the people who can actually do it and get it done. The others who can’t continue to wait for day appointments.

CSIblonde · 22/01/2021 11:53

Yes I would. I'm usually studying v late & hit my stride essay wise gone 11pm & then wind down with a horror movie afterwards. Even if I was working I still would: the piece of mind of being vaccinated would be worth it.

redsquirrelfan · 22/01/2021 12:01

I wouldn't but I am not vulnerable and I can wait.

I'd get up for an early morning appointment eg 6.30am or go to a late one at 10pm but not the middle of the night.

ForeverInADay · 27/01/2021 21:32

Absolutely

gingganggooleywotsit · 27/01/2021 22:09

Abso bloody lutely! Who wouldn’t?
