Sex Cape

iCrochetSoIDontKillPeople · 29/12/2020 10:35

About to get into a quickie when DH wrapped duvet around his shoulders and announced that it was his 'sex cape' ...

Anyone else married to their bestie who is also an absolute clown and can't help bringing it into the bedroom? I swear most attempts end in hysterics these days 😳🤪

OP posts:
Echobelly · 29/12/2020 15:37

Sounds like the sort of thing my DH would do, the daft bugger!

ItStartedWithAKiss241 · 29/12/2020 15:38

This is adorable x

BrumBoo · 29/12/2020 15:41

@Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g

So do I. What a pity the professionally offended have found their way on to what was shaping up to be a nice cheerful thread.
I'm not offended. The OP reads like that Catherine Tate sketch about the 'mad laughs' couple, fun for them I'm sure.

Really, no one needs the mental image of someone else's husband (who I doubt is Henry Cavill) in nowt but mistletoe getting a special 'kiss'. There's being a cool girl, then there's pretending sharing that is ok....

iklboo · 29/12/2020 15:45

So scroll on if it's not your cup of bedecked willy tea.

lcdododo · 29/12/2020 15:51

@BrumBoo

Did you not get your share of festive joy?

Maybe next year

Nunoftheother · 29/12/2020 15:55

Sorry, I'm joining the po-faced brigade. I can see that it's kind of cute, but I don't understand why your immediate inclination is to share on Mumsnet. It's more a "you had to be there" moment than something other people are going to find hilarious, imo.

Are you looking for some sort of affirmation? It just comes across as a bit smug to me (although perhaps if I could meet a man who wasn't a complete wanker I'd feel differently...).

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 29/12/2020 16:10

The OP has made no claim that her husband is Henry Cavill. Why on earth would she? This lighthearted throwaway anecdote doesn't make you laugh. Fine, we don't all share a sense of humour. No need for you to make carping remarks about her and her husband.

That wasn't in reference to the op, that was related to the other post with more descriptive information.
Tenyearsgone · 29/12/2020 16:19

I'd think he was a bit of a twat TBH.

swimlyn · 29/12/2020 16:29

The fun sponges - out in force - yet again... Hmm

Costacoffeeplease · 29/12/2020 16:35

Yep, twat. I couldn’t fancy that

BrumBoo · 29/12/2020 16:37

Gosh you're quite right, I obviously don't understand funny. Penis Beaker, Fatball, Snapped and Farted lololololol. MN hilarity at it's finest, tea spat out, babies woken, dog looking at me like I'm mad etc Smile. No different opinions allowed, nominated for classics, carry on!
Aahotep · 29/12/2020 16:40

@BrumBoo
You made me laugh Grin

😆
You're funny, even for a "fun sponge" @BrumBoo Wink

CandidaAlbicans2 · 29/12/2020 17:11

Personally I'm with the silly fuckers on this thread and am all for a laugh at times during sex. I went off one perfectly nice man because he was so serious in bed. I went from confident to self-conscious and finding sex a bit embarrassing. Nope, the only serious thing I like during sex is consent and safety, the rest is adult playtime.

Sparklingbrook · 29/12/2020 18:09

I think you should have enabled voting, although not entirely sure what the AIBU is.Confused

I think everyone likes to have a laugh with their other half but it doesn't always translate to a good story for others.

iklboo · 29/12/2020 18:19

I'd make him one now OP. With a spangly willy on the back and glitter.

Crunchymum · 29/12/2020 18:22

I am all for laughter but I just prefer not to envisage Dave's hairy, festive balls over me dinner Grin

PoppinTheCorn · 29/12/2020 18:50

Depends if it comes with stuffing @crunchymum 😉

CrotchBurn · 29/12/2020 19:03

@BrumBoo
Yes I told my DP about this and we both sat there laughing and shaking with tears running down our faces!

3orangekissesfromkazan · 29/12/2020 19:15

Totes LOLLERS!!

TinySongstress · 29/12/2020 19:21

Each to their own and all that but I can't stand it when blokes stand there naked, windmilling their cocks or shaking them side to side with their hips thrust out all proud like.

I find it really creepy!

JohnMcClane · 29/12/2020 19:36

Aw I think its cute. So many accounts on here of abusive, grumpy and inept husnabds on here, its a tonic to know some couples still have fun together Grin

SalemsPot22 · 29/12/2020 19:41

Lol at all the mood hoovers.

Bookworming · 29/12/2020 19:43

Jesus sense of humour, having sex and enjoying it!

Shame on you OP!
