AIBU to think it's sadly pathetic that so many daughters of celebrities think it's a necessary step in life to raise their 'fame' by posing in their underwear - Jonathan Ross's daughter Honey being the latest.

I've never seen a thread so completely dominated by one poster (who isn't the OP) - responding to every single comment as though the arbiter of the thread. It's killed the (previously very interesting) conversation stone dead.

I haven't agreed with all your points and vice versa, but it's a discussion and exchange of opinion so that's to be expected. I certainly much ruder and more pompous mosts every day on MN. I don't think expressing your view and disagreeing with people is pompous.

And even if you were pompous, that's not crime of the century and not against MN rules! Those accusing you of being pompous are being a bit unpleasant though, bordering on bullying.
