so...
I had received a text from my Doctors on Friday which I missed.
I'd spend the weekend thinking that either I was going to have to self-isolate or that my biopsy results were not clear after all...

Turns out they want me to pop in for my HRT review and a blood pressure check. The HRT is fabulous. The blood pressure is normal.

The only problem is that the receptionist and I didn't really want to get off the phone as we were enjoying our lovely normal chat. I told her to keep fighting the good fight.

I was out early for a sea swim and some last minute shopping so I came home and got back into bed to warm up. The 11yo and 9yo dc got in with me and we had lovely snuggles and chats. Now I hear them laughing and messing downstairs Xmas Smile

How did you make it, @MonkeyPuddleonkey, it looks delicious.

The good news; I found a local dentist who was able fit me in with an emergency appointment this morning to remove a wisdom tooth and treat an abscess.
The bad news; it cost me £350!

I received this early Christmas present in the post today from my parents because they know how much we love going to Cornwall every year but haven't been able to go, really made my day ☺️ if I can't go to Cornwall at least I can enjoy a little piece of it at home, Merry Christmas everyone 🎄🎅🏻

My children, who have been fighting for what seems like weeks, are being lovely and sweet today and it is so wonderful to be able to enjoy the peace.

Lovely thread.

@Barmbraic ready rolled puff pastry, spread with chocolate spread, cos Ceres with another layer of pastry and cut slices in the sides then twist then, milk wash and 15m in the oven! So easy, tasty and unhealthy Grin
