William & Kate gone to Norfolk

If they did this after school ended in London did they do it after London had gone to tier 3?

St Thomas' school term ended on 11th at lunchtime, they were at Anmer Hall well before 16th when London was still tier 2. They've done nothing wrong.

I guess that the children's school broke up ages ago and they could get back before yesterday. They probably had a tip off? Who knows , but they are more likely too than I would have done.
( Also, the rich have ways and means the rest of us don't at all )
