Urgent Help I don't know what to do AIBU?

I've name changed because my post is very outing and I don't want my SIL who is on here and my best 2 friends in the entire world who know my username on here to find out.
So what do I do, AIBU or is it ok?
Please be gentle with me, I've been awake all night not sure what to do and written a list of the for's and against and since cannot decide.
I just cannot ask my family or my work colleagues I'm working from home and feel a bit distant from them all the closeness at work has gone and we haven't seen each other in months. I really cannot bear asking my 2 best friends they won't judge me but it will make a difference to our friendship.
So I'm at the mercy of MN. Yes I know some will flame and some will be cruel and mean but there are people on here that will also be kind and helpful so hoping that one of those can help me out?

You could take in ironing OP, or sell stuff on eBay.
A chicken / turkey should last a week at least, make curry and soap to ike it out

Love the OP and all the people who have posted! We can all use the fantastic advice given on here and adapt it to our own situation. It will save lots of people the bother about writing about their own problems when all the advice already exists.

@NamechangedforAIBU I do have to consider my fur babies feelings though and my 12 cats - what will they do if this comes out?

Cats are more resilient than people realise. As long as you explain to them in a species appropriate manner they’ll be fine. Contact Cats Protection League or RSPCA, I’m sure they have leaflets and guidance to help you talk to your cats and have answers to miaows they may have.

It's a free country/website you know and you cannot stop me from frequenting a site for mums if I am not a mum/or if I'm a dad/yet to decide what I am (vulva owning though if that helps?).

thank you so much - I was having a shite day but having read that lot I feel much better now...

I intend to take the advice given to me. I've started already - some of the suggestions will need work - I don't have a fish slice! But I'm onto it.
