To ask what your baby cut off age would be

I had my kids at 34 & 38 and I am now 46. My lovely friend is pregnant with a much wanted first baby at 46 and it’s got me thinking if I could do it at that point- I don’t think I could to be honest. I think my cut off was 40 probably!
Aibu to ask what ideal your cut off point age wise would be for kids? I know life isn’t perfect so it’s not so simple for everyone as my friend proves

Some of these replies are a bit harsh, but I get it's largely down to personal experience. I'm 38 and haven't managed to have any children yet, but I'd still love to. I always hoped I'd have my first by 35, but didn't quite happen.

Mine was 35. But I had my 4th and last child at 36 (conceived at 35 though!).

For me, it was 38. I had two children already and at 38 I felt I needed to stick or twist. We decided to stick at two, but I’m wistful sometimes.
