I'm a bit concerned about the wheel. I'm not sure if I trust it. Also fire seems a bit dangerous. Grin

Fires not dangerous at all. I actually have a fire in my living room, so does my mum. Whoever said fire is dangerous needs to get their facts right.

Yes, the wheel really is a concern to me too, I think they made a mistake and made it the wrong shape.

Batteries, they worry me too.

Zilla1 · 05/12/2020 11:31

What's a book, Lois, is it some spoken story?

I remember the oral history told around the fire in my cave of olden times when the family lived a traditional migratory/nomadic hunter-gatherer lifestyle before we decided to spend our time in a sedentary lifestyle of caves and agriculture. Bring back the old days.

Move up north, apparently that's what it's like up here.

NettleTea · 05/12/2020 11:34

I am a scientist, but in a biological field, so dont actually have any experience of wheels and only a tenuous link to fire. However my unfounded opinions on wheels and fire must hold a huge amount of water as I do come under the science' banner.

giantangryrooster · 05/12/2020 11:35

I'm a bit wary of tin foil, has there been any great youtube studies about what it does to people?

Guess that would ruin it for some 🎩.

SaskiaRembrandt · 05/12/2020 11:36

@Zilla1

Saskia, your poor cat. I wonder if the owners were told she was being chipped or if they just thought she was getting a so-called vaccine and couldn't notice the 12mm long chip? Does the chip enable he to be tracked or tell the cat authorities what she's thinking or does it control her too? Damn cat-controlling establishment.
They knew it was a chip, but the vet, aka a scientist, told them that it was so she could easily be located if she got lost. But she's never got lost, so that was a lie! Sometimes she just sits staring vacantly. DH says that she's daydreaming and that's just what cats do but I know the truth: it's when Bill is uploading all the data.

And as I'm not a scientist but have seen lots of YouTube videos obviously I am correct.

Zilla1 · 05/12/2020 11:36

Lois, come on. Everyone knows new fangled, luxury tech like fire hasn't reached the North or else, it wouldn't be grim up North, but warm and toasty.

Doublebubblebubble · 05/12/2020 11:36

Im really surprised you aren't @titbumwillypoo

KarmaNoMore · 05/12/2020 11:37

I’m not a scientist but I have used wheels all my life so I have a wealth of first hand experience and therefore knowledge of the subject.

Zilla1 · 05/12/2020 11:39

Saskia, I wonder what the data show? food, sleep, birds (not in a 1970s Benny Hill fashion but the feathery kind), warmth, feeling safe, controlling her human slaves, that she loves her mum ... and all the information, passwords, political beliefs and actions of those human slaves?

pinkearedcow · 05/12/2020 11:39

I'm not a scientist, but I do believe some people on this thread have had their sense of humour surgically extracted. I bet Bill Gates dun it.

PastMyBestBeforeDate · 05/12/2020 11:41

I can't believe nobody is worrying about radio waves. Look how society has changed since they were introduced. They're everywhere even inside your car and they keep claiming the analogue signal will be switched off but it never is. They look for radio waves from space but we're sending them out there too.
And how do they get through walls? They can easily pass through your skull...

Jaxhog · 05/12/2020 11:44

I'm quite glad to see airplanes grounded at the moment. I mean, with the Earth being flat, they are rather dangerous, don't you think? What happens if they go too far? I believe that's what happened with MH370. Obviously.

Not that I'm an expert.

vodkaredbullgirl · 05/12/2020 11:44

@pinkearedcow I think you may be right.

Msloverlover · 05/12/2020 11:45

I’m not a scientist which is why I think research is watching lots of YouTube videos.

JayDot500 · 05/12/2020 11:46

Are the microchips in cats Bill's attempt at cat population control? His 5G vaccine chips
are supposed to make us all infertile, so maybe it does it by making us too sleepy for sex?

RedskyAtnight · 05/12/2020 11:47

Using Google to look up things is pretty much the same as scientific research.

cardswapping · 05/12/2020 11:51

@JayDot500 what is the point of making the population infertile? Where will "they" find the consumers/slaves for to consume their products and pay those rents? Indulge me, I want to hear the internal logic of that one.

JasperHale · 05/12/2020 11:55

Fire is used by most, kills some, most will still use it. As long as I'm not forced to use it, I'm at peace.

SlightDrizzle · 05/12/2020 11:58

Yes, but it only counts as ‘science’ if you wear a lab coat while you’re doing it. Bonus points if you have Einstein hair, a speech-generating device, or a lair.

I dunno, ask them Grin. 'They' avoid his vaccine and then their immune systems can live in peace (or as much peace and life as disease allows).

derxa · 05/12/2020 12:06

@Nackajory

For a moment I thought you were referring to that new game show on the magic screen in the corner of my living room.
me too
Bvop · 05/12/2020 12:09

I’m not a scientist but I heard that a lot of deaths take place in hospitals, so avoid, sheeples. Also, I’ve noticed that whenever I go to the supermarket, my bank balance is lower once I’ve gone through the tills. They’re systematically taking £10-£100 off me every time I go in there. Won’t be doing that again.

Retiremental · 05/12/2020 12:26

I’m not a scientist but I’ve just realised my microchipped dog spends a lot of time lying in front of the fire. I suspect the chip data is being uploaded into the fire.
