No, I doubt it very much cases are still high even if they are coming down and Hull has been declared a national emergency... I imagine it will be back to tiers?

Re pubs I don't know but if pubs and restaurants do open they must make sure Windows and doors are open to keep the space ventilated.

Nobody has ever said it would be out of lockdown and back to nothing. It’ll be back to tiers with beefed up tier 1 and 2.

Are you really surprised by this? They’ve been saying this all along.

Any updates on when we are going to hear from boris on this? Feel more fed up with lockdown this time around.

Back to tiers. Unless cases are very low in a specific area, I don't expect any changes until mid-December.

We have to come out of lockdown legally but obviously there will be stricter tier situations as too many people are catching the virus.

I don’t think anyone knows for sure yet. Agree with @Mintjulia I think it could be extended at least another week or 10 days or changed to some new tier system after 2nd. I very much doubt everything will go back to be relaxed to any kind of normal.

Things maybe relaxed for a few days at christmas but I can’t see them saying fit as many households as you can into one house and all sit on top of each other eating christmas dinner, playing party games and hugging your nearest and dearest (young and hold) for however many days etc.

Eitherway I would imagine many will ignore whatever the government says, continue partying well into the NY (many more will die and more will loose their livelihoods) and things will be even worse and more depressing in Jan and the government will blame the public as many photos videos of covidiots will be in circulation.

I and the rest of Wales is not in lockdown atm.

Tiers with tighter restrictions so that'l be a no for the majority, apart from a village in cornwall so boris can say he ended the national lockdown

I thought the thread was only about England as we are the only ones in lockdown until the 2nd aren’t we?
