Ever just order a curry on a Friday night, or get shitfaced together and have wild sex? Do they clean their children's vomit or does the help do that? Do they ever just slob around the house all day like slobs? Do they ever shout at their children? Do they ever swear?

So many questions! I just can't picture them being normal people.

They've said in the past they like to have a curry from the takeaway at the weekend but that (understandably) someone else orders and collects for them.

No takeaways. (chef) They might have a few drinks together but she doesn't get properly pissed very often these days. Yes, clearing up sick. Slob round the house all day - no. Shout at the children - very rarely. Swear - sometimes, but not at the kids.

From what I've read, Kate in particular is very hands on with cooking for the children, getting up in the night. PW has mentioned rough nights with teething on his engagements.

I heard about the OW allegations, could be history repeating itself but I don't think Kate is the type to just sit back and roll over like a good girl.

I find Kate intriguing, I mean so many on here know for sure her husband had an affair and yet she invites the other woman to her birthday weekend celebrations earlier this year. She clearly hasn't been reading the relationships board as pretty sure that's not standard advice when you know your DH has been playing away

Honestly, who knows what they get up to in private. They probably have some great times and some rubbish times like everyone.

William was filmed eating a takeaway curry at Kensington Palace with the footballers he's doing the mental health awareness thing with. I seem to remember it was said to be from 'his favourite local curry house'.

I'm sure the butler ordered it and it was all done for the cameras but I think they probably do eat takeaway instead of roast swan on occasion.

She is very good looking and athletic so regarding the sex, why not? I'm not sure about getting shit faced, they look like the type of people that have a healthy lifestyle.

You sound a bit like a school child, astonished to see their teacher shopping in Sainsbury’s because you never really imagined them existing outside of school. We just see Kate and William ‘at work’, but I’m sure when they are not working they behave like normal people.

Because so much of it is speculation, attributed to unnamed 'friends of' or unnamed people 'close to the Royal family'

On a similar note, I wish I had a pound for every Grazia cover story (thanks again to unnamed sources) that the Beckhams are splitting up, because she's miserable, she doesn't like where they live, he's had a string of affairs. The last time I actually bought Grazia was about 15 years ago, they were saying it then and they're still saying it. Yet oddly, the Beckhams are still together and post some very happy looking family photos, and he sends he lovely messages on Twitter.

(And I'm sure somebody is going to come on and say it's all for show, for the money and fame, the marriage is an empty shell. But until there is proof positive I prefer the evidence that, y'know, they're still married.)

With Kate - it's always been assumed that she's 'Waity Katie' - had her own life but ultimately was quite willing to follow after PW like a long lost puppy. No idea as to the truth of it but she doesn't seem like her own woman to me. Pippa seems very similar re men - one after the other not great prospects apart from money etc and they both don't seem to have much in the way of careers.

I know of certain girls I went to private school with of a similar age and some were encouraged to 'marry well'. and not bother too much about a career.

It depends if Kate is one of the old school upper class who literally did hand kids to nanny and barely looked after them or whether she's more hands off? Who knows?

The Duchess of Cambridge does NOT shit. She may occasionally pass ordure but when she does, you may be assured that it is perfectly formed and odour-free.

The Duke, on the other hand, spends at least 40 minutes on the Royal throne twice a day.

Hard to do that as a senior royal under any circumstances, I think. I mean, there will be degrees of it, obviously, but ultimately the job has to come first. And if the job means looking immaculate and slim all the time, always smiling and being charming, never complaining, never being seen to be cross and never responding to the press even when they're posting half naked pictures of you that they took with a mile-long lens or tearing your marriage and character apart with no evidence....she's very good at it. I definitely couldn't do it.

Not entirely normal, but not another species either.
