How did you get famous? What for?
I'm incredibly curious and it's been slow tonight

Erm. Maybe. He's not my real husband. But my user names husband. I guess the actor that portrays him is recognised.

I'm not famous like a tv personality or a film star. In fact I'm not 'famous' at all. But I'm recognised in the street sometimes, people ask if I'm who they think I am when I'm on the phone to them and have given my name (sometimes!) and I was once asked for a selfie. Embarrassing

So you won't know me. But you might know of me and you'll know my alter ego if you follow the thing that's made me relatively well known.

Does anyone else come on these threads in the desperate hope that someone famous will out themselves and you can then go to sleep satisfied? I know itll never happen.

I'm not famous, but my mum was well known in my small home town because she taught at the same primary school for 30 years and so taught many of the local population. When I first moved back here with my new husband, I did warn him that he would have to get used to the fact that half the population knew her, but he didn't believe me. Not until he decided to join the Lions shortly after moving and at his first meeting, 4 separate people came up to him and said 'oh, so you're Mrs X's son in law!

NC for this obviously. I have recently become a bit famous I would say. I'm recognised quite a bit, I've been on TV, and I've met quite a few what I would call 'real' famous people. I'm not sure I like it though.

@jennie0412 I think it just feels like it's not really 'me'. I think life will soon go back to its normal order and I will carry on just doing what I've always done but without the weird jolt of seeing my name places sometimes.
