This isn't something I've heard of as such, but it seems obvious to me that global society has been long overdue some radical changes (growing inequality, climate change, technology replacing 'old' jobs etc) and the countries which take this situation as an opportunity for long term structural change will be the ones which come out strongest. I'm not necessarily wary of it, as long as it's the kind of 'reset' I want to see! (I.e. Green, fair - basically not Trumpy / Tory)
