Teacher no mask

Nc for this as may be outing.
Dh went to london yesterday on train and returned about 11pm.
On the return he saw the Head of the pre-order at my son's school with 3 friends - 2 ladies and 2 men altogether- all without masks and drinking from cans of g&t.
This is a £30k a year prep school, not that it should make any difference. But the head gets a lot of shit, because everyone pays they expect so much.
I'm inclined not to say anything, but wondered what would mn do?

You can't drink a g&t through a mask....what should they have been doing? Mask off. Sip from can. Mask back on. Sip from can. And so on? Have a word.

People can’t drink without a mask on, and even teachers at Prep schools are allowed to drink alcohol when they are not in the classroom.

Keep my nose out. Teachers are entitled to social lives.

Were they doing anything wrong? You are allowed to take your mask off to eat and drink on public transport (and doesnt exclude drinking alcohol), and you are allowed in groups of 6 in most of the country?

I really couldn't get worked up about this. Putting a mask on and taking it off every time you want a drink is worse than not wearing one at all.

There's a difference between thinking someone should wear a mask, and getting them in shit for not doing it.

I'm not a huge fan of seeing ppl without masks.
I hate them so much. So maybe I just need a coffee next time I go to london and sip that then I dont need one at all?

I don't know how they could drink with their masks on? Maybe her and her mates were drinking and complaining about busybody parents 😂 😂
