Generally speaking I hate conspiracy theories, but is there anything out there that’s passed off as a conspiracy theory that you think holds some weight? I personally have some questions about the assassination of JFK.

@SquidwardTortellini95

Jill Dando was silenced by some very powerful people. As was Dr David Kelly. Princess Diana was murdered.
@SquidwardTortellini95 what evidence do you have for these assertions?

It's just FACT, obvs Wink

Does anyone recall one of the episodes of 'Four Rooms' several years ago where one of the sellers had a fairly large collection of photographs he was trying to sell? They were apparently photos of famous people/the RF snapped in relatively normal settings. He was offered a jaw-dropping amount of money for them by one of the dealers but didn't sell. I remember the dealer asking a couple of questions about how many of the photos he had and whether they were "all like that" - or something like that. I believe the seller had some kind of minder or bodyguard job at some point. I have always wondered what it was that was actually in them and would guess something or someone in the background that was of real interest... Never got anywhere at all in finding out any more though (even doing some internet diving) - anyone got any inkling from the depths of the web on this?

Would have had to fill it in quite quickly as Alefantis gave an interview in 2015 saying that they stored food in the basement.
"Like our sauce — we harvest a whole crop of organic tomatoes — 10 tons of tomatoes every year. Can them all, store them in the basement, have like a harvest party when it gets loaded in."

I agree!

Roussette · 31/08/2020 07:20

cardibach Sadly not, indeed!

I cannot click on a link that shows the revolting Alex Jones, the man who caused untold damage and hurt to the parents of the victims of Sandy Hook. Amongst other things... so just another revolting conspiracy of his.

Ormally

I don't know the programme you are talking about.

I have heard though that in one of the robberies of safe deposit boxes some photographs were stolen. The photos were alleged to be taken on Mustique.

An odd link, but the first one I could find

Fascinating that not one of the proponents of the Diana murder conspiracy theory have come back to answer any of the questions about their theory on this thread.

Maybe they are all being kept in a secret dungeon for 'reeducation' before being allowed back into society. They will have no recollection of this of course.

Epstein didn't kill himself
Diana was murdered
Dando was murdered on discovering the VIP/Westminster pedophile ring
Ted Heath was a prolific pedophile
Dr Kelly was murdered
The RF were completely aware of the fact that Jimmy Savile was a satanic, necrophiliac, pedophile.

Could we finally have someone willing to explain how Diana was murdered please?

Doesn't seem plausible does it? After all a drunken chauffeur's pretty random and he might just as easily have driven the route without incident

The one that always bugs me though is this: why was she embalmed straight away at the hospital, even before official permission had come through?
That was said to be illegal, and as for the official excuse that it was a hot day and there were worries about deterioration ... in a modern hospital, in a major city, with ample cooling facilities?

Come off it

AGnu · 31/08/2020 11:47

In theory, I can see someone arranging a car accident as a way of warning someone to keep quiet about something. Either they die & are silenced, or they realise they can be got to anywhere & resolve to be more discreet.

I don't think the RF would've taken that approach with Diana though. Mostly because, had she survived, I imagine she'd have gone straight to the press & told them very publicly about how they tried to kill her.

With my tinfoil hat on, I'd have said if it were a deliberate "accident", I think it would've been on someone else's orders. I suspect if the royal family wanted to get rid of someone, they'd set someone specific up to take the fall - more of a crazed fan narrative. I do think it's more likely to have been an accident though.

Jill Dando, OTOH, I do think was a hit.

Didkdt · 31/08/2020 11:55

That Charlene of Monaco was forced to marry Prince Albert. Not exactly buried well in the press.

@buttonmoonb4tea is a total moron

See, it is easy to make unverifiable statements. Although there is at least some evidence to this one

nancybotwinbloom · 31/08/2020 12:59

@FudgeBrownie2019

9/11 is weird because the situation at the Pentagon makes no sense at all. DS1 is very science-y and has read so much on it, so likes to share his knowledge and actually has me questioning how accurate the 'official' story is.
What does your DS say?

I also think there is something a bit off about the whole thing

FarTooSkinny · 31/08/2020 13:08

@FudgeBrownie2019 which bit at the Pentagon makes no sense? There is cctv footage of the plane hitting the building. There are pictures of the debris which show bit of the plane scattered all over the place. There was a big hole in the side of the building and a massive fire. And lots of people died. So not sure which bit doesn't make sense

DolphinsAndNemesis · 31/08/2020 13:27

Honestly, the 9/11 "truthers" make my head ache. The crackpot nonsense about the Pentagon is frankly stupid.

FudgeBrownie2019 · 31/08/2020 13:27

@nancybotwinbloom I’ll be completely honest and admit I’m not the scientist that DS is, so this is my rough version of his words!

He says that a plane impacting the ground/a building at the speed the Pentagon flight was going on the direction the flight was heading would have caused more damage, more debris and more of a wide impact crater; the tail and engines of the plane would have caused more damage, too, at a different point because as the nose hit the building the tail would have hit a higher point. He reads endlessly on things like this and studies all manner of collision data etc; as I’ve said this isn’t an area I’m knowledgeable in at all but when someone sensible and logical points out the many flaws of a situation, I listen to their version.

I don’t go in for conspiracy stuff, at all. But I listen to him and think it’s not unthinkable that the story we were fed might not be the whole truth.

And yet here you are actively choosing to engage on a conspiracy thread...
DolphinsAndNemesis · 31/08/2020 13:34

It's fascinating from a psychological perspective to see the nonsense that some people believe. Conspiracy "theories" provide the believers with a sense of superiority and a belief that they are part of an in-group privy to special knowledge, so the appeal is understandable. But the lack of critical thinking is very worrying.
