Would you be happy with the finding of this cake for £80

I ordered a graduation cake from a lady who I have used for years and all of the cakes have been beautiful which is why I've returned every time. However I picked up this yesterday and I'm a little disappointed in the size and finish compared to the picture I sent of how I would like it. I've messaged her to tell her I was a little disappointed with it but she hasn't replied so am I being unreasonable? She wasn't in when I picked it up she left it with her teen son to hand over so couldn't really say anything there and then.

I've left a review with pictures, I didn't want to take it public but she's left me no choice really.

good for you op you tried to sort this out and just got ridiculous replies about how long ti took and even that was a lie

It's hard to believe if she has such a rich clientele base that she's happy to risk her reputation for £80, tbh.

I think it probably got very warm, was maybe put in a 'hot' area for a while. However, it was eaten so couldn't have been all bad.

So any substandard decoration is fine as long as it's edible?

What does it matter whether it was eaten or not? Op expressed her dissatisfaction and has has now posted pictures and a review online.
Anyone reading will just see the photo, not taste the cake!
