To ask what you think of mom jeans?

My daughter got me to try some on and...
To my surprise, I like them! What are your goes on mom jeans?

I like them in theory but as they're often non-stretch, I find it hard to find ones that fit just as I want. Which ones did you try? I actually got some in the Next sale just yesterday but I need to lose a few lockdown pounds before I can wear them 🙄

I was considering some but I’m fat and worry they might make me look bigger. I was wondering in they’s be more flattering than skinny ones.

I love them (high waisted only tho!!) but yeah the issue is the stretch - I have to wear a belt with them which isn't always comfortable. I'm a size 24 and 27 years old and never thought I'd get away with anything wide legged but as long as I roll them up at the ankle they look so stylish

I look like shite in them.

I have skinny legs and a big tummy. Medium arse.

I usually wear skinnies but just got some straight leg jeans which I really like. I am trying to build up the courage to go back to boot cut

I got some and wore them for the first time last week and my god they made me look massive and I felt so uncomfortable. I've got a slim waist but big thighs and bum, did nothing for me.

I’ve gone for Mom shorts this year and I LOVE them. Not sure I’d like them on my thighs as jeans but they work as shorts

If you like them OP then go for it!!

I love them. I have a few pairs as I find them easy to wear and quite flattering. I roll them up at the ankle and just wear them with trainers, a tucked in T-shirt and a belt.

Also high waist only!

They're exactly like the jeans we all wore in the 80s.

High waist- good.
Slightly cropped- bad to disasterous on a short pair shape.

I have got steaight legs which are fine. Not too far off from a boot cut.
I miss boot cut.

Pear shape. Argh!

I'm slim but carry weight on my tummy. I'm a size 10 but the minute I put them on I look 6 months pregnant

I have high waisted ones from Topshop, love them!

I am short, skinnylegs and a bit of a tum. I look like someone out of a 1980s Grattan catalogue in the mature section. So not a look for me!

I'm 5'10 size 12. I bought us hate them but rolled up with a flopped white shirt and trainers or boots they look ok. I have gained weight so feel less confident in skinnies.
I felt more fashionable in them. Just needed to get ahead around them.

My daughter, who is a twiglet, where’s them and they make her look chunky. I’d look dreadful in them.
