I know who the owner is because he commented on the photo after it was uploaded to Facebook. He tried to defend himself by saying he's just "having a laugh" but he has no intention of removing the sticker.

I did wonder but I'm not convinced that the police wouldn't be interested. A man had a visit from the police for displaying the word 'bell end' on the front of his house in Christmas lights and they went round demanding he take it down or be arrested.

I never suggest this however in this case I would see if you can find out who his employer is and make them aware of it. Does he park in their car park linking their business to his vehicle?
