To report the twisted owner of this car to the police

I know who the owner is because he commented on the photo after it was uploaded to Facebook. He tried to defend himself by saying he's just "having a laugh" but he has no intention of removing the sticker.

Friends at uni created a 5 ft high penis in their student house living room window made out of post it notes and were visited by the police.. so I think this would definitely warrant a conversation!

I never suggest this however in this case I would see if you can find out who his employer is and make them aware of it. Does he park in their car park linking their business to his vehicle?

They have a public profile and one of their friends tagged the owner in the post, which he came onto to defend his supposed humour.

Humberside Police recorded Harry Miller's like on Twitter as a hate crime - as well as interviewing him to “check his thinking”.

So they ought to act on a report about this, since it is also hate. And probably a public order offence.
