I've just measured my waist and it's 34 inches. My jeans btw are size 32 so they are lying to me. And the NHS say I should have a waist measuring under 31.5" Blush What is yours ?

Once you have a waist measurement you can go here fitness.bizcalcs.com/Calculator.asp?Calc=Body-Fat-Navy add the neck measurements and find out what your body fat percentage is

delilahbucket · 08/06/2020 22:13

Mine is 30.5 inches but the clothes I wear say they are for a 29-29.5 inch waist Hmm

caperberries · 08/06/2020 22:14

28

LovingLen · 08/06/2020 22:16

31 inches, I’m a size 12-14

DazzlingDee · 08/06/2020 22:16

26.5 inches

IagoWithABlackberry · 08/06/2020 22:17

26 but I wear a bigger waist usually. I think my jeans are 28 but that's because I don't like close fitting clothes generally.

Dairyfairies · 08/06/2020 22:21

31 inches. Nurse said it was quite high when I had my 40 year check up and recommended I see the GP to see what I could do to reduce it.

I ignored her though - I am 5'11 and my BMI is 21.

Cheeseycheeseycheesecheese · 08/06/2020 22:27

30, I wear a 10/12 usually
I thought I was a 28 because DH wears 30/32 and his jeans only stay up on me because I have a fat bum 😂

HibiscusPot · 08/06/2020 22:32

Mine is 31/ 32 (bloat variations) though my jeans are 29! It’s not perfect, but I’m 5ft 10 and not overweight and I’m fit. I can’t see how a 5ft woman and a 5ft 10 woman can use the same number.

NotNowPlzz · 08/06/2020 22:37

34 inches. Apparently 34 inches is when it can start being detrimental to your health. I am an obese size 18 but very hourglass which is less dangerous to your health. I feel fine how I am but will prob try to get down to a 16 at some point.

OpenWheelRace · 08/06/2020 22:38

My waist is 32"

But my arse is 46" (and bust 42") so I'm ridiculously portioned.
Buying clothes is a nightmare.

myfuckingfreezer · 08/06/2020 22:38

33 inches and I'm a size 14 so that's about right. But it's down from 39 inches in January [preens]

OpenWheelRace · 08/06/2020 22:38

*proportioned

Titsywoo · 08/06/2020 22:39

38 inches band I'm a size 18

NataliaOsipova · 08/06/2020 22:39

25 inches. I’m not skinny, but I am small.

nancyjuice7 · 08/06/2020 22:39

27

Very annoying as sizes are 26 & 28 so I have to chose between being cut in half or saggy bum/leg look

EmmaC78 · 08/06/2020 22:39

My waist is 28" and is one of the few parts of my body I am happy with :)

OpenWheelRace · 08/06/2020 22:40

@myfuckingfreezer That's fantastic, well done!

ShowOfHands · 08/06/2020 22:40

27 inches.

I wear a size 8, not sure what waist size that is supposed to equate to

NotNowPlzz · 08/06/2020 22:40

@OpenWheelRace you're prob very hot though Grin that sounds like Jessica Rabbit measurements lol

tinyradish · 08/06/2020 22:40

25 inches, size 6

PurBal · 08/06/2020 22:42

It was 27 when I got married 2 years ago. But about 29 now.

DippyAvocado · 08/06/2020 22:43

30 inches, though like PP jeans are 29. My waist is my thickest part, always has been. I have really skinny arms and legs but have never had a defined waist, always just been straight up and down. I wear a size 10.

otterturk · 08/06/2020 22:46

It was 24. At nearly six months pregnant I hate to think!!

I think some people may be measuring their hips not waist.

PyongyangKipperbang · 08/06/2020 22:48

29

Am a 10/12 hourglass
