The puppy was a Pomeranian - imported from Russia? Are they known for health problems? So shocked to read the puppy died after only 6 days!! What would be the cause? Underlying health issue?

T and MM seem a bit dense, they have posted a video saying we are just happy he came here from Russia and get to spend his last few days with use being loved and spoilt........ what about the horrendous and stressful journey the poor puppy had to make from Russia? I just despair, honestly.

who the fuck goes to russia to get a dog

People who need to have a designer dog of a certain look right now and aren’t prepared to do their homework and wait to make sure that the puppy and its mother are healthy Sad

I agree that they will get another puppy. Puppies look cuter on Insta than rescue dogs that are out of that cute, fluffy stage. Unless they take on a one eyed, three legged, mostly bald mutt to 'nurse back to health'.

Hopefully though, they've learned a painful and expensive lesson about dog ownership.

I watched the YouTube video about them losing the puppy and feel sorry for T and MM, they seem genuinely nice, naive young people but they really don't seem to grasp what has happened here.

They were talking about how the puppy's death was nothing to do with its trip from Russia but from a long list of health issues 'that meant it would've died anyway' such as its skull malformation and white blood cell deficiency. I'm not a vet but these sound like issues caused by serious overbreeding.

They seemed very upset. I hope this is because of the puppy's horrible predicament and not just because of the blame they were receiving. They could use their profile for some good here in exposing these breeding practices.

So silly to buy a puppy when you cannot meet the parents. Common sense sadly lacking here.
