Giving care is a legitimate reason to leave home.
That was my point. It's in the statute. Actually, didn't I have a lot of rows with you over things I thought it was acceptable for presumed healthy people to leave the house for, and you didn't?
I don't think we're each other's types of people...
Obviously family members couldn't go and stay with them in this case because the parents were infected.
So Dom didn't plan for his nieces to swoop in to the house at any point, because the parents were infectious? Seems a bit pointless for him to have travelled up there then.
They went to stay in a property on his family's farm, not an air b&b. Er yes. I think we all know that. Again, there are a lot of people in very very hard situations who would have loved to know that they could preemptively goand stay in a property near family just in case they became seriously ill, instead of only summoning family members down if it absolutely couldn't be avoided.
His policies or were they the ideas of Dominic Cummings?
I can't put all the blame for everything on Dominic! Michael Gove has to carry the can for the decisions he put the ministerial seal to. He's not that cuddly looking.
