You can meet up to 4 other people outside, within 5km of where you're living, as long as you maintain social distancing. Leo was photographed in the Phoenix Park, beside where he has been living since lockdown began.

Also, it would be nice if you could refer to him as the Taoiseach, rather than “the Irish PM” as that is his official title. Us Irish folk don’t refer to Boris as “the British Taoiseach”, we use his official title.
