I don't think that will cut it for those of us with children with autism, many of whom have been expected to just get on with it with little support available during this pandemic.

I saw on Ian King show on Sky News that the eye witness who says he saw DC and family in Barnard Castle on 12 April on a day out and noted down the car reg was right in that the car reg DOES belong to DC
