To think everyone should give this a go!

Saw this workout online, posted by a super fit fitness model. Didn't believe it could be done in her mind boggling time of 18 minutes. DH and I gave it a try. Granted we nearly died but managed it in 23 minutes. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself given I'm 15 years more senior than said fitness model - anyone else fancy trying it?

No. And pass the crisps Grin

WatchingFromTheWings · 18/04/2020 09:17

I'm pretty fit and workout most days. But no, I wouldn't try that! It would kill me! Been doing PE with Joe most week days and I struggle to walk after that! 😆

rslsys · 18/04/2020 09:19

I could do the last one . .

0blio · 18/04/2020 09:22

I don't know what any of the words on that list mean so won't be accepting the challenge OP.

Don't hog the crisps Mythica Grin

HeartyGreenSalad · 18/04/2020 09:23

What's burpees?

Sparklfairy · 18/04/2020 09:27

Fuck. That.

Thighmageddon · 18/04/2020 09:29

I'm not doing a single burpee let alone the seventy million this torture list is asking for.

I have some lime and coriander popadoms in the cupboard if any one wants a handful Grin

cushioncovers · 18/04/2020 09:32

I have nachos and salsa.

scubadive · 18/04/2020 09:32
Biscuit
Bagelsandbrie · 18/04/2020 09:34

No.

If I was going to do something like that I’d rather bung a Joe Wicks interval training thing on and follow that.

Isobored · 18/04/2020 09:41

I'm not sure DH and I will be able to walk tomorrow.......

OP posts:
CherryPavlova · 18/04/2020 09:48

I don’t understand many of the words.

I’ll give the dog a longer weekend walk today, and do a bit of weeding, as the gardener isn’t coming at the moment. If it brightens up I’ll maybe go swimming.

Panticus · 18/04/2020 09:49

You're on OP. I am going to give this a try next week for sure - I shall report back. I did an absolute doozy yesterday and my ass is so bloody sore today runningonrealfood.com/45-minute-full-body-emom-workout/

Teacher12345 · 18/04/2020 09:50

I'm up for it OP. Maybe when DH goes for his run in a it so I don't look a tit in front of him!

Teacher12345 · 18/04/2020 09:51

What is an air squat?

Kokapetl · 18/04/2020 09:54

If "everyone" tried that, there'd be a lot of people in A&E or in need of physiotherapist!

diddl · 18/04/2020 09:59

Burpee?

Plank to elbow?

Na! You're all right, thanks!

InThisMultiverse · 18/04/2020 10:03

I got tired reading the list.

BIWI · 18/04/2020 10:03

As soon as I saw 'burpees' my brain said 'fuck no' very loudly

PurpleDaisies · 18/04/2020 10:04

Why would I want to?

BertiesLanding · 18/04/2020 10:07

Good grief, no!

To think everyone should give this a go!
LittleMissBumFun · 18/04/2020 10:09

Not a chance in hell

trappedsincesundaymorn · 18/04/2020 10:10

Hell no...the closest I'll get to 10 burpees is hiccups after drinking a glass (or 3) of wine.

DontTellThemYourNamePike · 18/04/2020 10:11

Seriously, you'd have to be a masochist. I find that holding a gin and tonic in one hand and a lump of cake in the other gives me a fantastic workout. There is also the deployment of decision making skills as I wrangle over which to guzzle next.

I'll have a few of those crisps too. I can balance them on my lap for an extra workout. Ta.

midgebabe · 18/04/2020 10:11

Its the plank to elbow that would take me half the time !
