Well technically nothing is an essential food purchase during this time as most healthy people could survive 3 weeks without eating. Do we really want to get into policing what people are eating and drinking?

Perhaps she went for lots of other things as well but they didn't have any?

I pop out for fruit and veg as we need it. It doesn’t keep forever.

We bulk buy meat, portion it and vac pack it in the freezer.

But fruit and veg we buy fresh. It doesn’t all go off at the same time.
