Boris MIA again?

Anyone think it's rather strange that Boris is still out of action and that, yet again, he's nowhere to be seen - a repeat of the election and the floods....

I don't like the man, and I wouldn't vote for him, but he's got coronavirus, and 'mild' symptoms just mean non-life threatening, but still means he can feel that he's go full blown flu and feel like utter crap. Obviously he's going to need a few days off.

I just watched the video of him clapping, he looks in pain and like he is floating in his suit (he might always been floating in his suit, I wouldn't know, I have never felt the need to watch BoJo clapping Grin )

Just to be clear - I haven't been resident in the UK for 25 years so I have no political agenda. However. Johnson was kept under wraps during the Tory leadership election. He was kept on a VERY short leash during the general election. He was seen at Tory fundraising bash during the floods but not able to offer solace to those affected. Am I the only one to see a pattern??

A pattern of behaviour in someone who isn’t ill tells you very little of relevance about their behaviour when they become ill.

He clearly didn’t look well. We don’t need to have minute by minute accounts of his health. I know a teenager with suspected corona and he can’t get out of bed and is utterly floored. He would have a ‘mild’ case but he is too knackered to even switch on his phone. Anyone assuming they aren’t going to notice if they have it could be ok for a nasty shock.

He's teh PM, whether you lie it or not. He has given frequent briefings and posted videos on Twitter. Whatever he has done in the past, he has Covid19 now. People need to make their voices heard next election (I have never voted for him and never will). But for now, no he is not hiding. He is obviously sick and probably working more than he should already

He was clapping outside Downing Street tonight and still looked under the weather. He looks like he should be in bed with a Lemsip but has been running the country...deserves a bit of slack!

Ditto. In fact yesterday I thought he looked considerably better than he did before it was announced that he had the virus.

@alloutoffucks you honestly don't hear him struggling to breathe in his last video, he is slumped and looks like he is struggling to stay awake (I am not snapping, just honestly wonder how some people don't see it).

Probably not, because a lot of people are crazy.

But if you think he should have been more visible while ill, you don’t realise how that would have looked. I’m still raging about his bloody Garden Bridge fiasco, but you know, I’m an adult and I can see how “visibility” needs to be controlled for a Prime Minister who’s got Covid 19.

Also, shock horror, he might actually be feeling horrendously unwell, but I guess that kind of logic doesn’t sit well with you.

He's probably feeling very unwell. I'm on Day 12 and slowly recovering and I've had what is considered a mild infection. Still very tired with a persistent headache. Not good so give the man a break!

@Sammymommy He starts off as if he is breathless, but quickly is speaking normally. No I see no sign that he is ill apart from a pained expression.
Maybe he is ill. But it is funny how him looking the same 3 weeks ago was him being stressed and tired, and now it is a sign that he is really ill.

The man has a very long history of lying.
