gawd .. we all have children you know, I think our ability to deal with whinging is used up there

I can think of a number of 'newcomers' who hit the ground running and almost immediately gained 'oldie' status .. Boco and LittleLapin immediately spring to mind but I know there are more

They came on the site articulate, intelligent, empathetic, amusing and slightly sarcastic

that's what mn is about

we don't tend to be tabloid

either you like it here or you don't .. but you're adults .. grow up and join in and quit farkin' whinging

Twiglett · 11/09/2007 16:04

Ive been pushed and pushed. Ive tried very hard (like for 3days solid) to be diplomatic to show both sides of the coin. But the endless mail v guardian etc shite is getting annoying.

Twiglett · 11/09/2007 16:16

don't recall talking to you before

is this a 'kick the dog' moment?

haychee you really seem to hate it here, whenever i see you you're declaring mn full of bitches. I don't really think it is - but if it was, and you've been pushed and pushed, and it's annoying - why do you keep coming back for more? Seriously.

haychee · 11/09/2007 16:21

kick the cat, love dogs too much.

Yes it is! Im blardy furious at the moment. Ive just been questioned over my profile page. Ive had comments about my grammar and or spelling (never mind the message itself thats apparently not important), theyll be slagging off my kids pics next. They pick apart every tiny detail its ridiculous.
Im not whining im ranting!
Ive tried suggesting a truce - you can imagine the response to that! It was, why have you put..blah blah blah on your profile page!!!!

There isn't a real definition afaik

I think it is just you are a newbie untill you get the hang of things, and get your feel under the table

haychee · 11/09/2007 16:31

I do like it here, there are lots of people here to have a good discussion with, to learn from (as i did with some over the emetophobia) thing. But there are between 10-20 names that are always on my case. They love it when i post, it means they can have a good row, a good slagging off. Call me old fashioned, but i dont really appreciate that!
