Refusing to refund my money

I've booked an appointment to have my nose pierced with a tattoo parlour, they have several studios in England. I've made the mistake and booked to have it done at their Glasgow studio when I'm in London, I've paid online and they're now refusing to refund the money. It was £25. I don't know what to do

😂, not stockpiling, I always keep a supply on hand as I never know when someone is going to need a nose piercing or want a martini with an olive....I've found them to be quite versatile

😂 Never know when an emergency cocktail or hors d' oeuvre is required. Forward planning is key.

🤣 re: cocktail sticks. They were the cheap ones from poundland so the curly red and blue bits are all over the house now from my little nose-piercing visual aid.... DH keeps finding the bits everywhere and just shakes his head😂
