Loo rolls

How many loo rolls does a family use a week?
I’ve just had a discussion with a family member who gets through more than 1 a day. I thought that was totally over the top.
For comparison, we use around 2 a week, including visitors which we get most days.

I tend to buy loo rolls when we need them ie a 9 pack a month but how many should we try to keep as ‘backup’ stock so we don’t run out? That is, if there are any in the supermarkets!!

I probably depends on what type you buy too, if cheap thin smaller roles you'll probably use more to get the job done than a thick ply larger roll. I'm not sure how many we get through tbh as u never let us run out so always have a few big bags in the garage before that habbit became recently on trend! We have three toilets and 5 of us plus daily guests and I'd say maybe 20 a month.

Also more boys than girls in this house and I'm sure for.number ones it's just a shake off no loo role and hopefully a bloody good hand wash afterwards Hmm

18 rolls last me and DH roughly 3 weeks..
BUT, I more often then not forget to buy kitchen roll or tissues, so there are rolls all over the house to use as tissue or for general cleaning up spills and mess etc (as I wont use a already used roll out the bathroom because hygiene, so it's always fresh unused rolls out the cupboard).
