Aibu: PJs with pants underneath at night?*

I do, partner does, and so do the kids. However we didn't when we were kids, and my nieces don't when they come to stay. Was reading something on the NHS site about worms recently (prompted by the wildly inappropriate 'medicating-someone-else's-kid' post a few days ago - I mean the action was inappropriate, not the "thread") and it suggested wearing pants with PJs to combat thread-worms, implying that ppl don't normally??

Aibu in that we all do wear pants with nightwear as it's basic hygiene to me ?

*Not a pants-troll, but you'll either believe me or you won't....

Someone up thread said they kept on the pants they had worn all day and then changed in the morning after sleeping in them.
These threads always make me laugh. The sheer horror at anyone not living in hygiene bootcamp daily. Makes me rather enjoy saying I don't wear clean PJ's daily

Those PJ seams get everywhere. Knickers definitely a requirement for me or they are unbearably uncomfortable.
I thought I had enormous quantities of washing anyway without everyone adding clean pyjamas every day.
If they are cotton knickers and cotton pyjamas I would think they are reasonably airy.

Tight fitting clothes around the minge interfere with the ph levels and some people do get thrush because of it. Thin cotton pants, not tight, are OK.

I'm so cold at night that I sometimes have to add a fleece on top of my pyjamas. I'd turn into a block of ice if I slept naked!

@thenightsky I feel you.... vest, long sleeve top. Pj bottoms, pants, thermal or fluffy socks or slipper socks, 13 tog duvet and still sometimes want my dressing gown too

Always wear pants in bed...big cotton ones
Under pjs or with my night shirt
They go on clean after my evening bath and go in the wash the next morning !

Don’t own any PJs. Always sleep naked. Wore T shirt when in hospital.
