to wear a onesie on a long haul flight?

I'm frightened of flying and taking my first ever long haul flight on Saturday! 17hrs straight to Perth. I am packing everything I can think of to make my journey comfortable but am wondering if IABU to wear a onesie on the plane? I have scoliosis so I wriggle into weird positions a lot which makes jeans feel uncomfortable sitting for long periods...yet I find in leggings I get incredibly cold on planes. My late mum bought me a super soft spotty onesie...WIBU to wear it over leggings and a singlet once we board or will I look insane?!

How much time do you really think the crew spend cleaning the toilets during flights?

On the airlines I use, obviously long enough to make sure that the toilets remain piss free.

I'm off to Perth myself on Monday morning. I'll update you on the state of the plane toilets when I get there.

You'll be pleased to know the plane loo floors were at no point awash with any substance Crown Grin And the vegan plane food was actually yummy!

I was thinking of posting photographic evidence for the doubters.

Yay - glad your survived the flight and didn't come out as a piss stained , half starved hollow eyed waif of a thing!

In Perth now. Bloody freezing!

Can report absolutely no piss on plane loo seat, floors, walls or ceiling. Many passengers, including me, were using the loo that I could see barefoot (or sock foot).

I really do wonder who other people travel with. Surely I haven't just been lucky on all my travels.

You just need a single person, adult or child spraying the toilet, it is mostly kids I would say or men who have had too many drinks.

Or a bit of turbulence.

I must just be lucky with flights.
