To ask if anyone is voting for the GREEN PARTY, in the upcoming General Election?

Just that really.........

I see some posters say they are voting Conservative, some saying they are voting Labour, and some saying none of those two, (and will probably vote Lib-Dem rather than for Conservative or Labour.)

But I have seen no-one yet saying they are voting Green. (Maybe someone has, but I just haven't seen it.) Blush

Is anyone going to be voting for the Green Party? Vote YANBU for YES and YABU for No.

Thanks for taking part Smile

Yes (can’t see a voting button for some reason)

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 29/11/2019 20:51

Yes, I am. Always have.

balancingfigure · 29/11/2019 20:51

Button appeared now 😊

SilverySurfer · 29/11/2019 20:52

No - bonkers policies.

CharlotteCollinsneeLucas · 29/11/2019 20:52

Yes, I will be. Why can't I see the button?

CharlotteCollinsneeLucas · 29/11/2019 20:53

Oh, do you have to post first?

Kpo58 · 29/11/2019 20:54

I couldn't even if I wanted to as they don't have a candidate standing where I live.

pastaparadise · 29/11/2019 20:55

I would do but there's no candidate in our constituency - i think they're standing aside for Lib Dems (who I'll vote for instead in the vain hope the useless Tory will be out, but probably not as Labour will split the vote)

MistyCloud · 29/11/2019 20:56

Hopefully you can all see the voting buttons now? Smile

Yes I am! Green all the way

NemophilistRebel · 29/11/2019 20:57

Yes

PeterRouseTheFleshofMankind · 29/11/2019 20:59

No.

Apart from anything else, they refer to women as 'non-men'.

Topseyt · 29/11/2019 21:01

I'm toying with the idea of voting Green, as this time they are fielding a candidate in our constituency. They didn't in 2017, leaving only the choice of Conservative, LibDem, Labour or UKIP, which was rather underwhelming.

Labour might be a better tactical vote to try and make an impact on the Tory lead here, but it is a very safe true blue seat no matter what way the rest of us vote. The sitting MP usually gets a 25,000-ish majority.

Pipandmum · 29/11/2019 21:02

I am because no Lib Dem candidate here and they've made an alliance with the Green Party.

Oysterbabe · 29/11/2019 21:03

I am. I don't want to particularly but I only have 4 choices and they are the least bad.

Oysterbabe · 29/11/2019 21:04

Same as pp, we have no lib dem candidate.

Ylvamoon · 29/11/2019 21:05

Yes i will... i don't think that our candidate has a real chance but I feel that i need to vote for someone to make my vote count.

Climate change is happening, and a bit of a levelling voice in a parliament when it comes to certain policies is a good thing.

So hopefully they get a few candidates elected.

JenniferM1989 · 29/11/2019 21:10

My husband is voting for the greens. I vote lib dem

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 29/11/2019 21:11

Nope, they are completely batshit and manage to make the Lib Dems look relatively sane in comparison.

HiHoToffee · 29/11/2019 21:12

They are not standing where we are in support of Lib Dem, , only 3 parties to choose from

newbingepisodes · 29/11/2019 21:12

Yes I will

70sWitch · 29/11/2019 21:12

Aimee Challenor.
So. No.

aveenos · 29/11/2019 21:14

I will though its wasted as I am in a safe labour seat

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2019 21:14

I took one of those ‘who should I vote for?’ quizzes and I came out as Green Party.

Chilver · 29/11/2019 21:14

I was until I saw their page on Self ID... now I have no idea who to vote for...
