I have a new medication to take at least an hour before coffee or tea, so was feeling annoyed I'll have to set my alarm for about half an hour before I plan on getting up - but then realised I never get up with the first alarm anyway
so I just need to tweak my way a bit.
I have a few set over the course of 20 mins or half an hour to ease myself into the morning. Am shit at getting up really.
How do you do the morning wake up? Do you need time to acclimatise or do you leap out of bed?
