Whilst the article I posted the link to might be depressing, in that it acknowledges that slavery exists and is a problem that needs addressing which no one is denying, this is a new strategy being implemented by the NCA, and actually ties in with what frosted mentioned above.

Pencil, I agree, it does seem that they are taking the soft approach. However as the article says, when the USA has taken down some of these websites, it had simply displaced the problem to other parts of the internet.

As far as advise and persuade goes, I’m sure they will have their own way of implementing this rather than the way you describe.
