OMG! busy, busy, busy!!!!!
Up at 5am for a 10km run with Annabelle then Musli and air for breakfast before dropping the kids off at their fantastic school. 100km bike ride to meet my lady’s who lunch for fresh air on toast and coffee.
The kids have netball, swimming, rugby and cricket training after school all at county level but of course Annabelle is now training for international under 16s triathlon so she has also got open water training this evening. Hubby will be back at midnight for our #datenight #cantwait

So true WhatThe - I know someone who’s an average looking slightly overweight middle aged woman who posts filtered pics of herself on FB to garner likes etc. I thought all that crap was the preserve of the younger generation. It’s so cringe I’m actually embarrassed for her.

The ones who are soooooooooooooooooooo proud when their child starts school and "can't believe it, this little beaut smashed it today". I genuinely don't understand. Every child starts school(mine did without much effort), they don't need to pass an exam or anything to start school. Do they mean emotional? I'll accept emotional...or am I just a grumpy old fecker? I'll accept that too.
